"I'm still in the bidding process. A better roofing company has been responsive and excellent so far."

"We were very pleased with the tear-off and new roof done by Forever Roofing on our house in North Seattle in mid-June of 2020. The estimator Sam contacted us the next day after I left a message and came by within several days and gave us what I felt was a reasonable estimate that included several other requests including removal of a no-longer used chimney and replacing about 20 feet of facial board that was too high for me to replace safely. The crew was great. They were able to utilize the one corner of the house that didn't have plantings for their work area. They completed the job in two days and the gutters were installed on the third day. They were very careful in their clean-up. I would not hesitate to recommend Forever Roofing for their response time and the quality of the workmanship."

"Very professional and quality work from a great team. The project was on time and on budget. Their quote was the mid point of the three quotes we received. Jack did the quote, walked us through it and was responsive getting the work scheduled. Adolfo and crew minimized the disruption and were done with a full 3500 SQ FT roof replacement in a little over a week. There were a few minor tweaks to the work order (additions), but nothing that required additional payment. They identified some siding issues that needed repair and recommended another company to take on that work. We would gladly recommend Three Tree for other similar projects and have already referred them to our neighbors."

"Rain city exteriors were professional, quick and very knowledable. I would highly recommend Rain City Exteriors if your looking to have work done on your house. Excellent value for your money and equity in your home."

"I needed roof mount brackets installed for a new awning on top of our cedar shake roof. I met and interviewed several companies but thrilled that i chose 1st Choice. They were responsive, on time and did the work with the utmost care. Truly awesome to work with and expect that i will use them on other projects going forward."

"Able to speak with Judith Schainen, ho already is working with a SP, and is right now on her house working for her"

"We hired them for moss removal on our roof a few weeks ago. They did a good job removing the moss on our roof and did an excellent job cleaning the gutters on our roof. Great job overall. I will definitely hire them again for gutter cleaning in six months."

"These guys are shining examples of the ideal professionals. Courteous, clean, competitive pricing, and moved fast to address hidden problems under our old roof. Highly recommended."

"This company is legit when it comes to air and heating repairs. It was them that I was able to hire for my unit's issue, and I was glad that they forwarded me its masterful technician to do it. A very dependable technician who amazingly performs the task and finishes it within an hour. Fast forward a year later and I want to add a heat pump to my home and the same technician came out and quoted me and excellent price, I could not say no and went ahead and let him and his installers install a new heat pump so I can efficiently run AC and Heat in my home. A truly excellent and effective service! Thank you and more power!"

"The roof looks great. They did an excellent job in cleaning up the site. The workers were fast and completed the job within 2 days ahead of schedule. Claudio was very pleasant to work with and patient in explaining the whole process. I would use them again!"
