The supervisor returned and documented/took pictures of the damage. She said the owner was out of town. I received a phone call from the office and was told the owner was out of town and would not be able to come see the damage until January."

"Yazmin was awesome, super friendly, always early and charged a fair price. I gave 3 stars because each cleaning something was missed, which I brought to her attention. She would make sure to do it the next cleaning, but then something else was missed. Seems like the cleanings were always rushed. I don't think I am being too anal, but I shouldn't have to go back and clean things after I just paid to have it done. Such as, crumbs still on kitchen counters and nothing was moved or cleaned under, bedroom not dusted very well, and food/dirt still on floor. Paid for a separate cleaning for the blinds/baseboards/windowsills, but the blinds didn't get finished. Yazmin said she would go back over them the next 2 cleanings, but they were never finished. Have half dusted blinds now."
