"The call centre folks were quick and friendly. The service tech that came was very respectful, friendly and conscientious. He did a good job of explaining the work he was doing before doing it and worked smoothly. The only gap is when you are initially looking for a furnace duct cleaning they quote you $8 per vent. This is not the price for cleaning your system however. This is only for vacuuming the grill and around the opening of the floor/wall vent. Then they tell you it will cost much more to actually clean your furnace ducts, etc. It's a little misleading on the call centre's end. I think their final prices are average for the industry."
