I talked with the owner Michael Dennis Classy, Jr., about locating my sprinkler heads, adjusting heads and program my Hunter Sprinkler system, he said he would stop by at 5 and take care of the problems. I called back the next day, Michael said he was tied up on another job, even though he was backed up in only 2 days he sent his dad out at 6 PM, with a helper, they began work on system a sprinkler head that was broken, they got everything repaired and his dad program the panel to manual operations in about an hour. Great job and very reasonable."

This creating a bigger issue as it had washed away a lot of the dirt in and around my privacy fence making it loose and unstable. Ortiz Landscape did an owtstanding job with following up with calls. Mr. Ortiz himself was very helpful and had great information for me when he came out to the house to look at the job. He and the company did exactly what we discussed doing by putting in a couple of "catch bassings" and piping and rocks around the fence with concrete to help direct the water to the catch basing. He even came out again to check everything to make sure all was done correctly and to our satisfaction."
