Joe Rudd responded to my Angie's list request for quotes within 5 minutes (beating the other 2 vendors by half a day) and was cordial, confident and informative. I had a time issue that would have eliminated Elite based on their first availability so Joe responded by offering to squeeze me in between other jobs in less than a week from my call. He arrived with an assistant and they were friendly and efficient, carefully covering the area as they swept the chimneys. "About a year ago, after several days of heavy wind and rain, I woke up to my roof leaking into my living room. The employee that responded to my home examined all damaged and deteriorating masonry and gave me a rough estimate of 1500.00 dollars United States currency, but that a formal quote would be mailed. Because of weather and our schedule, it was 3 days later (2 days after we called)  that we were able to schedule an appointment, and in that time we didn't hear the animal again.
