"We contacted Aztec to quote removal of existing and installation of a new fence. We set up an appointment for a few weeks later. About a week before our appointment there were new restrictions due to Coronavirus, so we called Aztec to confirm they were still meeting us the following Monday. Well, Monday came and we waited and waited. Finally called Aztec, and they told us they had no record of any appointments in our city. Very frustrating, because we came from out of town to make this appointment, and our neighbor also cleared his calendar so we could all meet. Since this is the way Aztec handles (or doesn't handle!) appointments, I can't imagine how well they would handle the actual job."

They let us know what the process would be to choose a fence and have it installed. Tom came out and gave us information about the different fence styles and worked out a rough diagram on our lot of what we liked. He left us with the information and a rough estimate of the cost. Once we decided on the details, Tom came out with a plat of our property and laid out the design while we walked our yard, showing us how the gates would open and made some suggestions that were very helpful. We made the final decision of what we wanted and called the office to set up a date for the installation of the fence. About a week later the installation crew led by Abel came out and installed the fence in two days. They were very skilled and friendly. The installation was perfect! They took time to get all the details right. The fence sloped down both sides of our back yard and they adjusted the fence to make all the fence boards plumb. It was a very professional installation. The crew cleaned up our yard very well at the end of the project. The quality of their work and materials were beyond our expectations.
