He was communicative and explained pros/cons of all the various options. Partway through the project, we realized our pre-existing front porch needed some repairs too, and Sean seamlessly added that to the project and was very reasonable on the price. "Miguel came to our house as one of 5 estimates I collected for this project--by far the person I was most comfortable with based on his knowledge of the process and ability to answer my questions about drainage, materials, timeline, etc. Steadfast's pricing was also very competitive compared to the other estimates I was given (in some cases, $2-5k less)--and their ability to schedule my project resulted in less of a wait than some others. Miguel came by the day before the project began with the project manager Joel, to mark the yard and make sure we had all details worked out--I adjusted several small details of the project and wanted to address where digging would take place to preserve tree roots. Each of my changes were made, and my concerns addressed. Joel and his team arrived promptly each day of work, and worked HARD. The project was complete in less time than predicted, and the the product is just beautiful! A flag stone patio and resurfaced stairs that we will enjoy for years to come.
