All three times they have been very quick to assess the situation, provide a solution while providing a quote, and completing the project. While inspecting their work I’ve noticed that they do not cut corners ensuring that the project is done right the first time. They only use plywood and not particle board like many other roofers, which improves the longevity of the roof. No project is too far for them as I have used them locally as well as a few hours away. "We hired them to replace the roof our house. They did a good job on the shingles but failed to reinstall half the skylights properly after removing them. I get that mistakes happen and that wouldn?t have caused me to review them lower, however they ghosted us after and will not fix their work. We have been trying to get them out to fix their mistake for over a month with nothing. It?s mid winter now and the skylights are all leaking cold air into the house. There are a ton of roofers out there, and for the money replacement costs, I would look for someone else who will warranty their work and not ignore you once they have their money. "

"Not five stars 10 stars Eugene (the owner) and his team (Rene & Crew) Did the work in Feb 2025 The weather was perfect but cold in the first two days After that it was rain, cold, snow, and freeze Somehow, someway, they got it done in less than a week I was concerned with the weather conditions all around But the work got done on time Eugene kept me calm by responding to all my questions and concerns The crew was unbelievable Their work ethic and professionalism are second to none The roofing product was first class The workmanship was of highest quality Almost impossible to put these into words As an owner of the house and getting the roof replaced will only happen once in my lifetime This was so important to get it done right I got a lot of bids The price was too good to be true Now that the work was completed I would pay the higher end of my bids knowing the excellent work they did Throughout, Eugene was communicating with me timely How can anyone top this?"

"I had them come out for a siding quote. We talked about an addition I was interested in and they said they could do it, they gave me what i thought was a good price. I paid 10k for engineering and permitting and at the same time wanted to start the siding right away on the existing structure. It took 2 monthes longer than they promised to get plans back and submitted for permit, I gave them another 40k to start the addition. They sided the house except for the top 2 rows, they said they would finish when siding the addition. They didnt caulk the siding. They took full payment for the siding. 3 monthes after I was told the project was going to start and no permit and the project wasnt started, I told them I wanted to pause the project for personal reasons and I was informed that I would not get my deposit back. I tried to contact the owner multiple times and no response. I gave them a total of 70k and they left my house to rot, didnt even offer to finish the siding."
