Since it had been months of our last person mowing the grass, Tito suggested a clean up first, which was very reasonable, then monthly maintenance. We were very satisfied with their initial work that we continue to use their services. I like the fact that I don’t need to call him to request service, they just show up and leave the invoice on my door. I also like that I can approach his workers with any comments or concerns. They show up 3 times a month at my initial request. I have a small dog and don’t like when the grass gets long. They had also removed a small dead tree in front of my house.
