Job included: - removal and disposal of old carpet and glued down wood floor - level floor with concrete levelling compound - remove, paint and reinstall baseboards - paint walls and ceiling - install vinyl plank flooring - clean entire unit including windows, appliances and bathroom Igor was easy to work with and had no issues to increase the scope of work mid-job with the addition of ceiling painting. They even noticed and fixed some minor items I had overlooked, and installed a blind at no extra charge. Work was completed to a very high standard, on-time, and on-budget.
