All three times they have been very quick to assess the situation, provide a solution while providing a quote, and completing the project. While inspecting their work I’ve noticed that they do not cut corners ensuring that the project is done right the first time. They only use plywood and not particle board like many other roofers, which improves the longevity of the roof. No project is too far for them as I have used them locally as well as a few hours away. They then no-showed with no warning 4 scheduled follow-up visits. I filed a successful dispute with my credit card company. Only after the charge was reversed did they finally return and finish the work over two more days. Lesson learned the hard way. Never again."
