"The home owner had very disappointing experience with FullTime Contractor (owner Jason Olinger) and strongly urge homeowners to choose a different contractor. If you decide to work with Jason, exercise extreme caution: insist on written contracts, verify progress before releasing payments, and don?t rely on verbal assurances. After I posted a truthful review on the company website I was blocked from the site and my review was removed. I hope this warning helps others avoid the same problems."

"Highly recommend Mark and Paramount Roofing. We’ve used Mark for over 15 years on two homes—full roof replacement and multiple repairs. He’s consistently on time, professional, and uses quality materials and workmanship at a fair price. He’s also helped us on short notice when we had an active leak, and even came out on a Saturday when we were concerned about a possible moisture issue. We’ll definitely be using Mark again for our next roof. Thank you, Mark!"

"Mike, the owner, did the bid and gave me the bid and roofing information on the spot. Cindy managed the project and kept me well informed. Extra work was done for a reasonable price, and roof looks great."

"Customer service was top of the line. Joe, Dominic and the crew were excellent to work with. Top notch job. They worked everything out with the insurance adjuster and Roof was replaced instead of repaired."

"Only giving 1 star because I can?t give 0. Hired this company who sent Anthony's relative Brandon to seal coat my driveway. Dude showed up 4 hours late by himself without half the equipment needed to do the job. Didn?t clean the surface at all before starting. Took 5 hours to not even finish cutting in the edges. Got tar splatter all over my fence and house, and then told me he would not clean it up either. Eventually, he gave up on the job and left... ridiculous experience. DO NOT hire them. Scam."

Customers say: True professional

"Never pay them in full until the job is 100% complete. I made the mistake of paying them in full after their first visit to fix my leaky roof. They then no-showed with no warning 4 scheduled follow-up visits. I filed a successful dispute with my credit card company. Only after the charge was reversed did they finally return and finish the work over two more days. Lesson learned the hard way. Never again."

FAQs for metal roofing repair projects in Kent, WA

Maintaining your soffit is essential. You must inspect it twice yearly to catch any clear signs of deterioration. Look for cracks, mold, rotted wood, sagging sections, chipped paint, or missing boards. If these issues are detected, contact a professional immediately to repair or replace the damaged soffit and protect your home’s structural integrity.

To maintain your fascia boards and soffits, inspect them regularly to protect your roof and home's structure. Clean your gutters to remove debris and prevent moisture buildup. Repaint any damaged sections to keep moisture at bay. Upgrading drip edges and vents improves airflow and dispels moisture efficiently, helping you avoid severe damage and costly repairs.

While installing a new soffit over an existing soffit isn't common, it may be necessary in some older homes. If removing the original soffit could damage delicate structures, a professional might recommend installing the new soffit without complete removal. Always consult a qualified professional to assess the condition and ensure this method is safe and effective.

When hiring someone for soffit and fascia repair, choose a specialist with proven roofing and gutter systems expertise. A knowledgeable contractor will thoroughly inspect your home and provide a straightforward repair or replacement plan. Check online reviews and ask for references to ensure you receive high-quality service that delivers lasting results and strong protection for your home.
