"Josh fixed two lighting fixtures that had been installed incorrectly and both were fire hazards. He explained the problems and how he was going to fix them. He went the extra mile to give us professional and friendly service. He also shared other types of projects he had completed. I would definitely suggest you contact him for various projects and get a reasonable price."

"Excellent company. Jack is amazing, he is nice and friendly and he has a keen eye for design. He is a master craftsman and a perfectionist. Arrives every day on time and always show up, has a wonderful crew that he brings onto the project. I would highly recommend Jack of All Trades for any project, not just bathroom remodel. I was pleased with his work and the price and how quickly he got the project done!"

"Colton was the repair person. Getting the patio sliding door out of the tracks (it is old and made of metal and very heavy) was a challenge and he stuck with it and got it out (it had been there about 30 years) He accurately selected the correct rollers (I bought multiple sets due to the age of the roller and slight style differences) He was very mechanically skilled ! It was a difficult repair and between his natural mechanical ability and his persistent attitude he was able to 'compensate' by putting a long screw (than those provided) and get attachment from the door frame to the rollers successfully. IMPRESSED ! Tough job - excellent work. THANK YOU !!"

Small jobs welcome

"Jorge was wonderful!! Prompt response to my inquiry for a quote. Came out the next day from Auburn (we live in Edmonds) provided the quote and did the work all in the same day! Amazing! Also provided many photos showing the work he did. Besides cleaning the roof, he applied moss control. Cleaned and repaired our gutters!! I would totally recommend this company! Very easy to work with and work completed in a timely manner!"

FAQs for handyman service projects in Kent, WA

Winterizing shields your home’s structure and key systems from snow, ice, and freezing temperatures. By sealing drafts and tuning up heaters, you cut energy waste, extend the life of appliances and windows, and avoid surprise repair bills. A small up-front investment keeps rooms cozy and protects the value of your biggest asset all winter long.

Yes, it’s important to prepare your sprinkler system for the winter. Blowing out the lines and insulating above-ground parts keeps valves and pipes from splitting when temperatures drop. A quick winterization visit costs far less than repairing burst components in spring, and it ensures your lawn--and your wallet--stay in good shape once the thaw hits.

A full home winterization plan goes beyond sealing windows and pipes. You might schedule a home energy audit, cover outdoor furniture, service the snowblower, swap smoke-detector batteries, add outlet gaskets, and hang storm doors. Each step beefs up your home’s protection, cuts drafts, and lowers the chance of costly cold-weather damage.
