Getting the patio sliding door out of the tracks (it is old and made of metal and very heavy) was a challenge and he stuck with it and got it out (it had been there about 30 years) He accurately selected the correct rollers (I bought multiple sets due to the age of the roller and slight style differences) He was very mechanically skilled ! It was a difficult repair and between his natural mechanical ability and his persistent attitude he was able to 'compensate' by putting a long screw (than those provided) and get attachment from the door frame to the rollers successfully. IMPRESSED ! Tough job - excellent work. THANK YOU !!"
