"This family owned business in Grand Haven is amazing. Tore off a metal roof and a layer of shingles and replaced it in two days. Follow up calls have all been answered and quickly responded. We decided later to add stone to the chimney and they came out the day I called to adjust the flashing. One of the best contractors Iâ ve worked with in 40 years of home ownership"

"Full roof replacement including plywood. When installing the new roof, a gap was left where the fascia was exposed. Water ended up getting into the roof causing damage. Not their mistake, but if we had been notified, we could have fixed it before water came pouring from the ceiling. Responsiveness to my initial calls of a leak were very slow and I ended up having to escalate to my sales person to get any attention. It took over two weeks to get someone out to look at it. They only came out to prove it wasn?t their fault and never provided the promised quote to repair it. Given their sales pitch and money spent, I expected a lot better. Would not use them again."
