"The sales person was very friendly and took his time to explain exactly what we should expect. He showed us a video of why we were getting water in our basement and the process of installing a sump pump system. I cannot say this for the other sales people at other companies we interviewed. The day of the install the two men were 3 1/2 hours late due to being given the wrong location of our town. Who knew that there were 3 towns in PA with the same name. Once they arrived they were very respectful, polite and ready to do the job. They sectioned off work area with plastic in order to keep the dirt and dust from the rest of the house. "Went well to this point of replacing parts. Then the United needed to have a system leak test and then needed freon put in pump. This was refused by Choice warranty. We were left with a partial repair and a heat pump not able to do it's job."
