"The first job was for our Church in and around buildings, walls and cemetery, for Christ Church corner of State and Water streets downtown Dover.  It was a major job in difficult environs, several of the trees were over 70 feet and amongst tombstones, and along a fragile wall.  I received 5 bids, one which was 5 times the amount we paid Two Bears.  Two Bears was the lowest bidder.  The job took some time, but was impacted by winter weather (reason for B in punctuality), and for the price I was quick to say take your time, because I was concerned over safety and damages.  There was one minor damage, and Two Bears took complete responsibility.  Clean up was complete and work was done in accordance with our agreement.  Concern for safety and damage was apparent.  I cannot impress the reader enough with the difficulty in removing these large trees among walls, buildings and tombstones.  Two Bears maintained immediate and professional contact with me throughout this major contract.
The second job was around my home, Old Mill Acres II, removing 7/8th of a large Barlette Pear, and elevating 4 large oaks and a River Birch.  Job was completed in one day as promised even though the team worked into the evening.  Price was more than fair.

"At my vacation property I saw a very big limb had broken of and was balancing on other branches, thus being a very dangerous situation.  I called Randy and left a Voice mail, because I wanted the limb removed quickly as well as any other trees and/or branches as necessary for safety.   Randy called back the same day, went to the house to look at the work to be done and gave me a quote.  He then proceeded to do the work the next day.  I was very happy as the danger had been dealt with quickly.  I haven't personally seen the work performed, but appreciated the professionalism of Randy throughout and feel confident he did a good job.  Once I can verify the work done, I will update the review.  But can only recommend Randy's Tree Service.

"Howard is the real deal.  He has an old-school mentality which brings a top-notch work ethic and respect to the customer.  He is prompt and does a great job for a fair price.  When he first came out to provide an estimate for the work, I mentioned a window that was not shutting properly.  He fixed it right on the spot at no charge.  He knew exactly what the issue was and it took him two seconds.  I don't know too many contractors that would have done that without including an incremental fee in their bill.  Also, Jackie, who sets up the appointments, is terrific.  She is personable, friendly, knowledgeable and provides great communication through the whole process.  She even contacted me the day the work was scheduled to be done to let me know Howard was on his way.  I have already started another list of items that will need attention and Howard will be my go-to in getting the work done.
