Tyler has been a great project manager making sure that I was happy with their work. Both of these guys have made themselves available on weekends and after hours to answer all of my questions. The roofers were friendly hard working guys who obviously take pride in their work. They arrived promptly at 7 am each day, did a great job, and cleaned up everything when they finished. They even trimmed a couple branches for me that I couldn't reach and repaired a loose beam in my attic that Sameh discovered during the initial inspection that I didn't know was loose, at no extra charge. I love our new roof! Next month I'm having them tear off our old wood siding and replacing it with new Fiber Cement siding. I can't wait! This is a completely honest review from a very happy customer!"

"The project manager was very responsive. I did have to initiate most communication to verify when work was to be completed and follow up when they said they were working and did not show, but he was prompt to respond. The project kept getting moved out due to issues the crew had with their vehicle. In the sales pitch, I was told about this family company that does the work, but this job was outsourced. The crew did great work, however, they left me a mess to clean up. I collected an oatmeal can full of nails and other debris from my driveway and yard. They removed a metal awning and did not remove the connecting attachments from the ground, leaving sharp metal exposed. Had to remove myself. To do the siding they also removed the electrical line attached to my house, but did not reattach properly. Was told they normally did not do that, was offered a $100 discount, but that would not cover the cost of an electrician to fix. The siding crew also took away more gutter downspouts than they should have and they replaced those with no additional costs, but that was the fault of the siding crew. The end product looks great."

Edwin, Dave, Marcus, Adrian were all excellent at addressing my unique ice dam issues to prevent those from happening ever, with addtional ice water guard I requested and custom adjustments improving existing chimney sages and valleys with much unproved saddles and waterproofing. Highly recommend them."

"The contracted the work off to a third party. Jon took longer than expected. The windows was installed pretty good from the looks. Communication could have been better with knowing the job will take longer and what types of trims I wanted for the windows. As the contractor that was hired for this job by this company. Did a good job with putting up decent trim. As for the new windows they look great. I purchased the myself and hired sentri homes to install them. I will need to have a my siding on my house redone to be closer to the new windows so the gaps are not so obvious. That was not expected at first. But from old storm windows and not knowing how they were put in originally. There was some unknown things that was learned from the job being completed. I will have the siding of the house slightly done to match really good for what I wanted later on. My only concern is better communication with sentri homes. Overall they were great when I did talk to them."
