"Smart Roofing was the only contractor willing to work with me on my complex project. They agreed to remove my existing shingles and even sent a crew back a few days later to help remove my dormer flat roofs when I discovered it was a bigger project than anticipated. They haul their own trash and were careful with my yard. I've already booked them to re-shingle my roof and replace all my siding. Couldn't be happier with the customer service, flexibility, and communication!"

"The work they did was fine, but the marketing department needs to chill out. I tried multiple times to unsubscribe from their emails and phone calls, but they just kept coming. I finally had to block them. I ordered gutters without any filter because the only option they offer is the comically huge gutter helmet. I later installed leaf filters myself."
