"The installers worked hard, and dug quickly.  On occasions, they worked through rain.  The team carefully removed and replaced plantings, mulch and sod and reseeded turf areas they disturbed.  At the end of the day, they thoroughly cleaned the area.  In places it was difficult to tell where they had been.  In the final phase, homeowners were given the option of extending installation of the irrigation system beyond the common areas into their private areas and Chris and his team worked in a cooperative effort to incorporate these additions and adjusted their schedule to accommodate homeowners who wished to personally move their plantings.   

Overall, Advanced Irrigation did an excellent job even though the installation was not without complications.  There were delays in completing the project and during the process of installing the sprinkling system, cables were cut.  The delays were caused by periods of excessive rain and the necessity to obtain City permits to tunnel beneath a street. All cables at the complex are underground.  The cable company lays another cable every time they restore service or upgrade quality.  Given the maze of underground cables, both working and not working, it is understandable that cables could be cut."

I really appreciated the men keeping the area clean and I got a kick out of hearing "a clean work site is a happy work site". The wall not only looks great but having seen the accuracy, care and professionalism with which it was built, I'm sure it will last for decades. Not only would I highly recommend Stan and his crew, but so would several of my neighbors who appreiciated their workmanship, courtesy, and professionalism. I should mention that Stan's estimate was competitive and I appreciated knowing up front what any changes would cost.
