"They did an arch and they had to repeat it because they didn't cement it and the wind blew it off. They cemented it after the wind blew it off, since They didn't measure the arch properly. It was a little bit lopsided. They did crush stone and mulch around two trees in the driveway and the front of the house and those were fine. They also did some pavers from the porch to the arch which was also fine. The lawn was poorly done, because there were some patches that had to be filled in. They said it would improve but it didn't improve. When I had to call him, I was getting no response. Finally he sent his crew but he didn't come back himself and they did a very poor job. After I complained about this to him, He just told me that it was an inconvenience for him to come back. There was a problem of the watering system that he had put in. It was suppose to water for 10mins for twice a day but what I got was it only waters once a day for my 4 different sections of my lawn."

It could not have gone better. The wall and path look great. John could not get the cement stairs in time so he substituted granite steps, which are more money, but he didn't charge any more than the original estimate. In the back where the wall was built he put bushes, again at no extra charge, just to block off the area and keep it safe. His crew was prompt and courteous. They took all the dirt they excavated and used it on the side of my two story shed because they noticed it needed it there. They asked if that was alright and I said it certainly was.
Not only did he and his crew do an incredible job but at less cost than some other quotes we received.

"We originally contacted several painters, and got several estimates.  LOPCO's was among the lowest, and we were impressed with the references and the portfolio book and his attitude.  Once we decided upon using them, we were put in contact with a color coordinator/designer, who walked us through some ideas and was very helpful about helping us decide on a color scheme (which, a year or so later, we still very much like).  He also made available some contractors that he uses to repair all of the trim and soffetts that had rotted.  This work was done very quickly.  Once the colors were decided, they went out, and purchased the paint.  Before the painting began, since we have aluminum siding, particular care was taken in prepping and cleaning the siding.  Once the house was dry, and the weather good, the house was painted.  
At every turn, the workers showed up when he said they would, and were finished when they estimated they would be finished.  All communication was very prompt and positive, and the results make it look like a different house (a much nicer house).  I would and actually have recommended them to local family members.
