"This rental property has had problems from the start. Tony Hubbard w/ Legacy has done work here in 2011. His work is top notch and he is a professional. The quality of his work is better than I could have hoped for. When you have a rental property time is money. The longer the work takes the longer the property is empty not generating monthly rental income. He stuck to his time line and did excellent work. 
I called him to take a look at another room in this house where the floor are beginning to sink. He was on time and did a temporary repair to prevent further damage. His crew will preform the needed repair next month. I have no doubt that he will once again exceed my expectations.
