"Frank returned our call within 24 hours and scheduled an appointment for an estimate of repairs. He was prompt and courteous. When repairs were made, Frank and his crew arrived when expected. Most of the back half of the roof metal had to be replaced due to removing the framework that held the solar panels. His crew removed the damaged metal from the roof starting in the afternoon and returned the next morning and finished all repairs in the early afternoon. They cleaned up the work area each day and left everything neat and orderly. The entire crew was professional, courteous, and efficient. It was a pleasure to have them do the work. Solarshield had originally installed the roof in 2005. His crew at that time was equally professional and great to work with."

"             We called the company  (AAA Construction  Restoration Services) to repair a leak in our roof. John Walters responded immediately and made an appointment to come to our home the next day. He was on time , looked over the situation and gave us an estimate by text.!  We agreed and the very next morning , on time as promised, several men showed up and began working right away.  They were very hard working, no goofing around, and repaired the problem . They even painted an area where there was damage (which was not even in the estimate) They also cleaned up everything and hauled away any debris.
           Having previously dealt unhappily  with Miami construction companies, I was very happily surprised and pleased with all aspects of the way AAA dealt with me.  They were ON TIME,  EFFICIENT, REASONABLE and DID  A GREAT JOB.  I would recommend them  to anyone with a similar need

Back in Feb (2016) we had a salesman (Neil) come by and talk about HPAs product for about four hours. Considering the investment that windows are I appreciated his patience. We really hadn't been planning on changing out our windows this year; this was more on a whim to see how much it would cost.

We had signed our contract and the next morning I had cold feet. It was the biggest investment we had made into our house to date. And a lot of the online reviews were very negative. But he talked me through it and assured us that we made the right choice. He promised that if we needed anything, he would be an email or call away. He even let me speak to the owner of the company (at my request) to discuss my concerns.

Our scheduled install date range was April 11-18. Due to delays by the city related to permitting they came out on the morning of the 18th. The crew was here till almost 8pm. Everything, including the Attic fan, was installed same day. The hurricane shields were also delivered. Screens installed. The crew was very polite and professional. I would definitely recommend them them to a friend or neighbor.

We have already received a lot of compliments on the new windows. Our sliding glass door is probably the most secure door I have ever seen. It's very solid, quiet and secure. As are the windows. They are great products overall.

I don't know if management/crew have changed since last year but overall great job.
