He is very responsive, provided a competitive estimate, and was prepared to begin work right away (per our request). We felt very comfortable moving forward with his company. The painters were also excellent to work with. They were courteous, hardworking, and attentive to our requests, comments, concerns, etc. At first we were not entirely happy with the exterior color and Palmer quickly found a solution. We are very happy with the finished product! Our cabinets look awesome as does the interior paint. Wayne let us know that Palmer was in training and our project was one of his first so we understood when we had to contact Wayne occasionally for additional follow up. Palmer was very friendly and willing to help with anything but we did struggle to get in touch with him at times. That said, Wayne responded immediately if we had trouble. You may take that into consideration when reading any previous reviews about the company's responsiveness. Overall, each of the employees working with this company was kind and hardworking and our house looks great- interior, exterior, and deck.
