"The valley on my roof was funneling all the water towards a gutter that was too short.  Lance roofing came in, replaced and added the shingles that needed to be replaced and installed a diverter.  Now all the water runs to the gutter like it is supposed to.
"

"good service but expensive for repair compared to others"

"The job was done perfectly. The gents were delighful and respected the property and the home. I will definetly have them back."

"The had a good crew, came in, removed the bad/leaking shingle are, repaired the roof and installed new shingles, they made it look easy they were so prepared and efficient."

"We found Victors Roofing during our search for roofing companies and noted the high amount of positive reviews and feedback and even though it was clear they were going to be on the higher side as far as cost, getting the job done right was the most important thing to us, so in the end we chose to go with Victors. I'll go over the project and both the positive and negative experiences we had with Victors Roofing. Project: 50 Year Premium Package House - Remove 2 layers of rotting plywood and install new layer of OSB and new shingles Garage - Remove 1 layer of shingles and install new shingles Positive: Honestly, the roof(s) on both our home and garage now look awesome (We're pretty sure our neighbor's both hate and envy us). Sales Communication: Thorough and polite. Workmanship and Products: Both were great. No complaints. Punctuality/timeliness - Project was scheduled and completed very quickly (1 week from initial project estimate until completion). Workers were on time and fast. Negative: Damage - Brand new AC unit was not covered properly and was scratched. Warranty - It was not mentioned that the 50 year warranty was only valid as long as you own the home and is only transferable 1 time for 1 year to the new owner (Didn't receive this information until I received the final payment receipt and warranty information). Cleanup - We have a dog, so cleanup was important to us. Overall it was good, but could have been slightly better outside. Attic is full of debris (Wood slivers from the plywood that was removed). Cost - Overall the cost was really high. I understand that companies markup products they sell/install, but charging $85 for a sheet of OSB that typically costs $16/sheet is an incredibly high markup. Final Thoughts: We love the new roof on both our home and garage and hope it will last for years to come and makes us feel better about the high cost of installation. Would I recommend Victors Roofing to others?: Yes. I can honestly say that even with the negative items mentioned above, given the high quality of workmanship and products used, I would still be comfortable recommending them to anyone looking to replace their roof that wants/expects it to be done right and not worry about shoddy workmanship."

"I thought that I needed a new roof, but they showed me that they could provide me with 6 more years of guarantee, which saved me thousands of dollars. They were nice, and through them, I highly recommend them."

"In The Nail roofing worked quickly to repair the leak in my roof. Their price was extremely reasonable. Without my requesting, they provided photos of the damage, the repair in progress, and the final result. I highly recommend them for any roofing project. In fact, we’re thinking of having them replace our gutters in the future."

"Great company they are very professional and courteous they made sure to protect my property during my roof replacement. The owner Noah was awesome I saw a problem and notified Noah he came out the same day saw it and made sure it was fixed the next day, I would recommend All-side based on my experience alone. Great Job All-side"

"Highly recommend. Two amazing young men, Brice and Avery, who know what they’re doing. Very prompt, attention to detail and great communication. Very eager to please and quite professional. They have retiled a large shower for us, beautiful. Completed a huge deck plus trex boards. Looks fantastic. Got a rental property ready for us to sell: repaired whole wall, resealed bathtub enclosure, repaired an awful window situation, painted decking, and repaired crown molding. Sold 2 weeks later. Great company. Highly recommend."
