"From start to finish, the project went smoothly. I did have some wood that need to be replaced but this was not unexpected. 10-12 people showed up and finished in one day. They cleaned everything up. We only found a few nails. They took off Ray St. Clair installed Gutter Helmets and put them back on. This was basically free. Ray St. Clair wanted $1800 for this service (which is ridiculous). In the end, most of the gutter helmets worked but the front of the house. Ray St. Clair did have to come out to replace these at a cost of $500 (which is way less then $1800). They took photos of everything along the way. I did have other estimates that were a bit lower and Ray St. Clair was a lot higher."

"I woke up to a cold house because the blower wasn't blowing. I called Kirkwood as soon as they opened, and the repairmen were there in little over an hour. A panel had burnt out, and because of the replacement cost and the age of the furnace, I decided to get a new furnace. In the meantime, the technician fixed the blower so that even though the blower never stopped, I could get heat. They were very clear in giving me my options, and I did not feel pressured or misled at all. I decided on a new furnace, and they were there the next morning to install it. Once roof was ok'd, the company stayed in contact to set up the replacement date. The materials were delivered a few days before replacement, and all went as promised on replacing the roof. A project manager was on site to discuss any concerns. Plywood was placed in front of Windows to protect them during tear off. The work was completed in one day. The debris was removed completely.
