During the installation they cut the carpet so that I have 4 seems in my hallway, when the prior carpet had two. When I mentioned this to the managers at central carpet they told me that is normal. My cousin, who does carpet for a living, visited and not only commented on it but said that the installers mad a mistake cutting the carpet. <br /> 2. The installation team did not reinstall my closet doors correctly. I had to rehang 8 of them. <br /> 3. Prior to purchase the warranty was presented to me as something they fill out and file on my behalf. After 3 requests they provided me with the warranty information and then I had to file it. The form looked like a blurry xerox and was difficult to read/understand. <br /> 4. They are the local warranty service provider for my carpet, but because of the lack of professionalism and shoddy work I have doubts about any warranty work that they would provide. <br /> </blockquote> <br />"
