"J&M Custom provided an estimate with a very detailed description of the scope of work to be performed.  All work was satisfactory completed per the contract.  James Blom was great to work with.  He scheduled his work around my schedule. I'll note that I had complete trust in James; I had no problem letting him work while my wife and I were not home, something I ordinarily wouldn't allow.  There was additional work that needed to be done, such as repairing several sections of HVAC duct.  The cost of the change order was very reasonable.  James' work truck is a hardware store on wheels!  Once he's on the job site, he doesn't have to leave to pick up materials.  I feel fortunate to have discovered J&M Custom Construction.  They have my highest recommendation and I'll definitely be working with them again in the future."

"Lou and Bryce showed up at the time that was discussed. Lou was very polite and professional. He gave us his professional opinion as to what was happening. Last year, we were told by another company that our leech lines had collapsed. Since replacing the leech lines was not an option due to county regulations , we could have been looking at replacing the entire septic system. If we would have had have a new septic system, it could have costs us between $20K-$30K. Lou said he couldn't be sure but he could surely find out what was going on. He called Aaron, he brought out a back-hoe the same day, dug up the area between our septic tanks and distribution box and discovered it was the line between our tanks and distribution box that was clogged solid. We, also, found out the leech lines were working fine. They pumped both our tanks, dug up and replaced the clogged line, put a riser and lid on the distribution box and refilled the hole. We've lived in our home 3 years and have used 2 other companies when we have had issues. Hopefully, our septic issues have been resolved for a while but if anything new arises, we will be calling Aaron/Andrew's Septic."

"Jason's crew patched small holes, d**** and damage from nail pops and twenty years of kids wear-and-tear. Painted the ceilings, walls and trim in each bedroom and the hallway. Looks fantastic! They additionally painted the exterior trim and ceiling of our porch. Crisp and clean. As with any job, there were a few small things we noticed afterward, but they came back promptly for touch-up, and made everything look great! Jason and his crew were very polite and personable. We'll be happy to hire them in the future for additional jobs."

"The heater in our rental property, which is currently empty, stopped working and we live in Florida.  It was snowing in Ohio and we needed the heater fixed asap to make sure our pipes didn't burst.  I called Wells and they scheduled someone to go out immediately.  When they technician got there, he called me to tell me what the issue was and the cost of repair, the problem was they didn't have the part in stock and it was going to be several days before they would be able to fix it.  When I explained my concerns regarding the pipes and asked for suggestions, he offered to check and see if their supplier could possibly overnight the part to them.  In the meantime, he turned on all the faucets in the house for us to keep them from freezing.  He was able to get the part overnighted and the heater fixed the next day.  They did a great job and didnt even charge us to have the part overnighted.  GREAT company and extremely reputable.  Will use again in the future!

"We have used Jent's Handyman Services to renovate seven bathrooms till to-date - over a two years period. Three of these were at the business location and four at home. However, he botched the last job which was renovation of the master bedroom bathroom and most important to us. It required installing a Sterling bathroom kit, 61" vanity with marble top, bathroom lighting with rearranging the power points and installing wall and floor tiles. 
He did quite well on other things but made a mess of the tiles which was the main bathroom feature. We had bought mother-of-pearls for the walls and polished marble for the floor. In earlier jobs, we had used ceramic and vinyl tiles which Jesse had installed adequately well. I had cautioned him that I needed this bathroom to be done very well. For this work, he also had one helper.
Setting the tiles went alright but removing the grout was a disaster. I saw them using a sander to remove the grout - he denies it and I disagree.. By doing so, they embedded the grout into the tiles, killing their polish and causing a permanent haze. The damage cannot be undone. Our loss is approx.$3000 in material plus labor o replace all the tiles. 
His assistant painted the bedroom and the closet with good amount of paint droppings on the carpet. We got a professional cleaner to remove those. Also, his assistant installed one of the closet hinges in-side out. I had to reinstall it. Jesse did not properly supervise his assistant nor does he take responsibility for their work. This is my observation from earlier jobs also.
One of the bathroom which he alone had finished about two months ago developed a leak. He came to correct it after 3-4 days of notifying him. However, after couple of days more, area under the sink was still wet. I sent him a message to which he never replied.
I would recommend Jent's Handyman Services for small remodeling jobs but not for work which is more professional in nature. Also, do not expect much post-work support. He does not supervise his helper nor does take responsibility for their work. I won't be using him anymore.

"It went well. They gave me a fair estimate and went above and beyond what I expected. Instead of just replacing the pipe for the spigot he rerouted it some to be more esthetically pleasing. When they turned one of my closets into a desk/workspace he ran a line for an outlet into the closet so we didn’t have to have the cords hanging everywhere or have to bend under the desk to plug something in. They cleaned up after the jobs and it was like they were never there. (Aside from the work being done)"

I had a textured ceiling in my garage that needed repairing and I was worried about getting the texture matched. They came out to the house on a Saturday and while prepping the area discovered another issue. Instead of just painting over the patch, they went above and beyond what I asked them to do and I’m extremely happy with how it turned out. I plan to use them again for some future projects.
