This was not an easy job for them but the result of pruning my three large trees, trimming bushes along the house, removing weeds, as well as adding rock to the landscape in a timely and sufficient manner was impressive. I was provided a quote and they were able to fit me in their schedule within two days of my request. "We have a 1/2 acre lot.  Although the large grass backyard was very attractive it was not very usable as it sloped away.  So we had a limited use yard, a small patio that could only comfortably handle about 4 people.  Additionally we were paying for watering and lawn service with no real return.  We decided that it would be a better use of the area if we extended the patio.  We also thought that it wold be too much concrete so we decided to put a Bocce court in the lower level.  That gives us much more use of the area. <br /> Our back yard is beautiful and everyone that has been there to visit and/or play Bocce has agreed.  The people that did the work were professional, friendly and respectful.  We feel like we have new friends. <br /> During the construction, we would be apprised of issues and given a choice of solutions.  Most of the time these were no-cost changes.  Their costs were almost always what they estimated.  Most of the cost increases came from my wife and I saying things like "while you at it..." or "can you also build...." <br /> When they did not feel completely comfortable with an issue (E.g., they changed a 220 volt line into 2 separate fused 110 volt lines with switches and outlets), they told us so and asked our permission to bring in a subcontractor (and electrician) to assure that everything was done correctly and to code.  They told us this during the design process. <br /> When things were not done to our expectations, they redid them.  A month after the job was done we saw grass growing through an area where the grass was removed, weed barrier installed and covered with mulch.  When we called, they came out to see and agreed that it should not have happened and are now in the process of redoing that area.  Great follow up! <br />"

"Spoke with Mr. Taylor and we will be getting hold of him once the weather permits. Quote for sprinkler system and hydro seemed fair, the quote was for 3 sprinklers,drip irrigation with hydro sprayed and a couple of facets to be added at each corner and would includ working the ground about 4 to 5 inches. <br /> I have kept in contact thru email, at this point I have no complaints. We will complete the quote once the process starts and we know exactly what we want in the backyard. <br /> I need to mention the only reason for the and quot;Band quot; rating is we have not given Mr. Taylor a go ahead sign. <br />"

"They arrived 30 min early so that was pleasantly unexpected. They were in and out in about 30 min with both toilets an.d they had all the parts on hand. True to their quote over the phone plus a lil extra for the parts, which is to be expected. Very glad I cancelled my other plumber for them. <br />"

"I have a two story home and they hung a lot of lights. When I left that morning, they had about three people doing the work. They called throughout the winter and holiday season to ensure everything was okay. They asked if any bulbs needed replaced. If I did need bulbs replaced, they came out right away. They later removed all the lights and then cleaned the windows again. It was a little expensive but the price was competitive compared to others in the area. They were nice, professional, and responsive. I was pleased with the service."

"Was always on time for initial visit and perform the work. <br /> The price seemed a bit high for the work to be done. <br /> The work was executed in a timely manner and the sprinkler system does work perfectly. <br /> The work that was done seemed to be lacking somewhat in quality. The sprinkler valves are in the ground and I found mud all over the sprinkler valves, I had to go in and dig out the excess dirt (mud) and the valves are not centered in the boxes as were the previous ones. <br /> <br />"
