"Bill Taylor (owner) came out to give me an estimate for what I thought was going to be a roof repair on my *(not too old roof). Unfortunately, the previous roofer did not do the correct thing and I needed a complete new roof. Four Seasons could not have been more professional. From the first call to the last nail they were polite, professional, and helpful. Donna in the office is SO patient, kind, and caring. I was scheduled for a few weeks out, but as the roof got worse they were able to schedule me in. The crew that arrived, headed by Antonio, was exceptionally polite, professional and hard working. They answered ANY (and I had a bunch) questions or concerns I had during the installation. They really worked as a team and the finished product looks great. Clean up was impeccable with them checking-in before saying they were done that I was happy. A few of the crew members mentioned they were with Four Seasons over a decade (a sign of a good, stable business). I highly recommend Four Seasons Roofing. He told me he could replace it cheaply and just patch things up, which he was willing to do, but he explained to me that there was a hole where water was getting in and that all of the wood was rotten and needed to be replaced, which was a pretty big job and quite expensive. I wanted to be sure that he wasn't trying to overcharge me so I got three other companies to give me estimates and they all wanted to charge me a lot more for a less complete job. So I hired Edison's company (American Residential Construction). He communicated with me every step of the way, sending me photos of what needed to be done and the final result. He was always punctual. They left the area cleaner than it was than when they started the job. He even vacuumed my basement, because that's where they were bringing the materials in and out. Edison found an issue on the roof and fixed that as well, without charging me extra. I feel confident that the job was well done and that I wasn't overcharged. Edison and his crew are professional, trustworthy, and extremely reliable. I highly recommend them."
