"I can't say enough good things about H2O Restoration. I really had to review a lot of companies for my mold mitigation issue, and I feel very fortunate to have found Madeleine & Leo and their Team. Mold Mitigation estimates can vary wildly, and unfortunately I was dealing with an issue outside the scope of insurance. H2O Restoration was one of the few companies that was reasonably priced, yet I could see had a high standard of quality, service, and proven track record. Leo was great... He always made himself available to me when I reached out, and despite all the coordination that must be done between a few different teams (A/C, rebuild, etc.), he ensured the process went smoothly and on schedule. Having to deal with a dire mold mitigation issue can be stressful, and this team help me tremendously by making it manageable. In the end, I had a very experienced third party inspector do a mold protocol re-inspection, and he was amazed at the quality of work. He ran his hand over the kitchen counter and showed it to me, "There's not even any dust in here!" That's when I breathed a sigh of relief that I had hired the right company for the job. "Scheduling was difficult. After several phone calls with no reply, I was able to schedule for 2/23 between 2-4. At 4 I called when no one showed or called. I received a call back and was told that the job previous to mine was delayed. I was given a reschedule date of 2/25 at noon and was told the service would be free and I would receive a refund.

The men arrived on schedule and installed the lights in less than an hour.

The installation and explanation were clear and I am looking forward to having the lights working.

I do not know how or when or if I am going to receive the refund.

There are other things I would like done, but until I have a final answer I will hold off on getting estimates.

I believe AAA does mostly bigger jobs than I need and are more than a handyman service, which is all I really need. But I would use them again.

"They did a great job. They solved all the problems I had with the chimney and it’s been working perfectly ever since. They also fixed a problem on the roof around the chimney; they replaced the wood around the chimney with a material that would never rot, so they fixed it even better than it was before. It took them a couple of days to do the work. They took care of all the cleanup as well. We've been real happy with them."

"We recently purchased a recently renovated century old farmhouse. We were not expected to use the home warranty that came with out purchase, but so happy we had it within months of moving in we had failures of the appliances. Then we learned the title agency paid the wrong home warranty company. We made the title company pay the proper warranty company covered in our contract due to reviews --- best decision we made. They were help in sorting out the problems with the Title Company and they made sure we were happy with the repairs. When one repairman bailed on us, American Home Shield came to the rescue. Couple of months later a pump failed on the clothes washer and it was repaired in just a few days. $75 for each claim for the service call and the repair is covered. I am afraid they have paid more than the cost of my policy at this point. But that is what insurance is for. Definitely keeping them in the future. Highly recommend."
