"While I appreciate the prompt response from Alex, he called me the day I initially reached out for help for projects around the house and he was polite, I reviewed the quality of the completed projects and several items remained broken. I have since called several times to ask if Alex can come back out and complete the jobs I initially asked him to do and each time he has picked up and stated he would let me know when he would be available but has yet to either let me know when he could come back out or return to complete the unfinished jobs. I began reaching back out to Alex on 2/2/26 and am trying to get our house ready to sell but now need to find another handyman to help prepare the house. I would assume by posting this I will most likely not hear back from Alex and will have to find a new handyman which is fine, just wanted to let others know my experience. "

"I had a water leak coming from the attic. I thought it was the copper pipes coming from the waterheater in the garage going to the rear bathrooms. However, Matt came and discovered it was the supply line to the refrigerator that was routed through the ceiling ( unknown reason why) was frayed and leaking. Matt repaired and replaced the damaged supply line. Matt was professional, through and provided quality workmanship. "
