"They removed all layers to put new roofs down. I received 6 quotes from roofing companies and Hyer was in the bottom 3 as far as price goes and was very clear on his quote on what was included. I researched all companies that quoted and went with Hyer. William was great with answering my MANY questions via email prior to hiring him. His license showed he's been around a long time and had a lot of current and past permits posted online with the city. He was easy to get a hold off, was there when he said he would come and did a good job. Ive since recommend him to a girlfriend that ended up using and also is satisfied with the whole experience. "After the panic subsided, we consulted Angies List for roofers with A ratings. Full disclosure, Colonial was the 3rd call and the only one who picked up the phone. The gentleman could NOT have been nicer. After taking our information he promised a technician call within the hour. It was even less. A technician was at our door in less then an hour from the call. He was courteous, professional and even took off his shoes upon entering. Colonial technician determined it was a pipe that had burst and sprayed the roof making it look like a roof issue. While it turned out I did not need roofing services, I would not hesitate to use or recommend Colonial. My husband and I cannot say thank you enough to this company who heeded, cared and attended to two panicked people on a Sunday am."
