"The quality of the solid and Engineered wood is very high. Compared to previous product I experienced from other suppliers their finish is harder and less chances of being scratched. Each box of the Solid wood always has two 7' long planks. This give you enough long planks to be used in special situation like establishing the reference start line while installing. Mill work is good, so installation went smoothly. The problem I don't like is that they charged me two different shipments because the solid and the Engineered wood comes from different parts in the US."

I offered a 10% down payment to start the job and Jeff refused saying I didn't need to pay him any money until the job was done!  He said he had accounts with all his suppliers so I could pay on account too. The work was being done due to a leak in the shower pan.  We are in the process of suing our builder and the guys did a great job of documenting the damage all the way through the demolition process.  The crew showed up on time everyday and laid tarps to protect the carpet.  They were professional and put in a full day's work each day.  They were extremely efficient and did a beautiful job.  The work went one day beyond estimate because we added to our original plan.  <br /> While they were here I also asked if they could replace my under-mounted kitchen sink.  My kitchen is granite tile, they did a beautiful job replacing this as well, for an additional $780.  The sink and tile job look original.   <br /> Overall I was extremely pleased with the job they did in both areas. <br />"
