I got a referral from Floor & Decor and contacted Silvino on a Friday…MONDAY morning he & his guys showed up to begin work…they finished Tuesday evening!…1800 sq foot house filled with furniture…Amazing job!!…my floors are Beautiful… Silvino is extremely Professional, knowledgeable, and Helpful…His Crew are all of the above & Super efficient..and he was priced below my original contractor’s estimate. I would definitely recommend Silvino for any home project. "

"JSD properties took a 2 car garage and turned it into grammas new home. This included an entire bathroom install, a kitchenette, a sitting room and a small bedroom. In addition, a new dining room was also added onto the main house. With a baby in the house we were concerned with who we dealt with. The work was great, very satisfied. Everything looks nice and works as it should. His crew was beyond wonderful. Not only were they multi-talented and handled every aspect of the building and construction process, they were very respectful, they took extra safety precautions because of the baby. I liked that at the end of each day, they completely cleaned up everything. I am very happy to know that I have a nice, comfortable space to help raise my grandchild in. "Santo has now completed the replacement of all doors in our home. Which looks so beautiful and makes our home more up to date and provides such a clean look. Santo installed a new hard wood floor in our entire main floor level. He went to the flooring store to help us pick out the flooring and he was able to advise the flooring rep of exactly what flooring and materials were needed to complete the job. He built valances for our kitchen windows, patio door, and hung the new blinds for us which look fabulous. In addition to providing more storage space for us, he built a coat rack and shelf for my husband's hats in our basement. Saved us space and it looks great as well as being very functional. He built a covering made of wood and placed it around the base of our fireplace to hide speaker wires and it is simply beautiful. Santo is excellent in all that he does and is an expert woodsmen. He is very flexible and will work with your schedule. I HIGHLY recommend him for whatever your home repair needs are. Our friends and family are always complimenting the transformation he made to our home."
