I had to call to find out they couldn't come that day. I preferred to get a call from them rather having to follow up myself. The windows they installs were done incorrectly. Water stated to leak into the house and ruined the brand new sheetrock I installed. I would recommend this company for small jobs. They may try to cut corners if you dont keep an eye on them."

He also did not farm the work out to subcontractors, which is important to me. The only downside was that I needed to repaint/replace my baseboards, but like all the dust, I understand that that's not avoidable when you refinish hardwood floors."
