"Jeff is a scammer. He was given ample opportunity to see the work to be done but chose instead to provide a quote over the phone. Weeks later, when he arrived to begin the work, he quickly changed the price, flipping from $25 to $50 to $100 extra per door... obviously not tied to reality - he's simply judging his victim and seeing how much more money he can squeeze out of you. He had three full days to complete the work that a normal handyman could've done in a day or day-and-a-half tops. Instead he chose to show up late each day, without proper supplies or equipment, and honestly I think it was not working and instead talking very loudly on the phone more than half of the time he was here - I did not appreciate his racist, angry speech in my home. Long story short, I paid Jeff to install some doors, he performed a minimal amount of work then took off and has refused to complete the work nor refund any of the money I paid him. Based on his reviews here and from Yelp, I suspect he roams from town-to-town looking for victims. Beware."

"Historic homes (ie OLD) always present a unique challenge when it comes to replacing anything, and doors/windows are probably the worst. Kevin did an absolutely amazing job on our new front door! I’m so impressed with how quickly he was able to get this project knocked out, which invoked A LOT more than simply hanging a new door. The door frame and trim work was all absolutely decrepit, and there was a good size chunk of damaged wall (what was left of it, anyway).and I don’t even know what else., but it was an absolute mess. Now the entire entry way looks brand new. I can’t overstate how great everything looks. In addition to the quality of his work, Kevin is wonderful . He’s punctual, clean, quick, and quiet. Communication and scheduling were easy breezy. The total Cost (labor and supplies) was very reasonable, and It was money well spent. He’s definitely going to be our go-to guy for future projects and repairs."

While he was here, I asked him to install the sweep on the bottom on my shower door that came off. He needed to scrap off the old adhesive and reapply caulk to the door for the sweep. Everything was done with perfection. He cleaned up when he was done."

Most of the back half of the roof metal had to be replaced due to removing the framework that held the solar panels. His crew removed the damaged metal from the roof starting in the afternoon and returned the next morning and finished all repairs in the early afternoon. They cleaned up the work area each day and left everything neat and orderly. The entire crew was professional, courteous, and efficient. It was a pleasure to have them do the work. Solarshield had originally installed the roof in 2005. His crew at that time was equally professional and great to work with."
