"Adrian responded to our immediate issue right away (clear clogged drain). While on the job, I had him quote several other plumbing jobs I wanted to have done. He provided fair estimates and did a great job getting the work done. One job involved replacing two old valves on the main line coming into the house. For this work we needed to coordinate with the water authority to have the water shut off. Adrian was very accommodating while trying to schedule the shut off. "Let me just prefix this by saying weâ ve had a few bad experiences working with contractors in the past. We had our porch done recently by a separate contractor, and dealing with that company was a nightmare. Material left out, never showing up to the job on the day they said, shoddy work ectâ ¦.. however, THIS was the opposite of that experience. We needed a cement slab poured. First off They were able to work the job right away basically, they were there when they said they would be there, on time. They worked quickly, and cleaned up the job and materials once it was completed. The slab once it was finished came out better than I had expected. Also the main contractor running the job was very communicative. So all in all I would 100% call them back. By far one of the better contractors weâ ve worked with over the years"

He and his partner installed a new external hose bibb in a difficult to access spot. They had to pull up carpet and cut into the sub-flooring to access the 12 inch clearing to remove broken pipe pieces from the inside, but they did a great job and put everything back the way it was. Works as expected. Would recommend."
