"This was the MOST professional contractor I have dealt with in 30 years; on time, professional, accurate, clean, patient, etc. <br /> I'll give them a very well deserved AAAAA+++++  rating and a personal recommendation. <br />      Overall; we had 5 different radon services provide estimates, and this work was about ~~$100 more than all of the others. However, they were the only contractors who: <br /> 1. Noticed that we needed to seal under the basement bathtub.  They included this work; this was a huge radon source <br /> 2. Noticed our in-floor forced air system and the need to seal these 12 vents. This was included in their costs. <br /> 3. Installed the radon system into the drain tile system, not just into the cover of the sump pump. Nobody else offered to do this, and I'm sure this was harder to do, and also a lot more effective. <br /> 4. Installed a system to monitor the operation of the system. No one else offered this small but useful feature. <br /> 5. Provided fire caps for the garage/attic pipe going thru the drywall. <br />    The overall installation is very nice to look at; professional. The fan is so quiet you wouldn't know it was there. <br /> Very, very pleased with the service. <br />"

"They installed this system over two days in September of 2017. It was amazing to watch these professionals work. On the first day, four men broke up and removed the concrete. Then they dug up the dirt and removed it bucket by bucket. They installed the drainage system and sump pump. By the time they were done, they had completely filled a dump truck with the dirt and concrete that was removed bucket by bucket. The four were all very courthouse and hard working. They never stopped. They cleaned up their work so that the basement was ready the next day for the cement crew. The second day the cement crew came and in a few hours completely sealed the drainage tunnel. It looked great. This crew was exactly like the first crew: courteous and very hard working. I cannot say enough about the job they did. The proof of the quality of their work will come next spring but I could not have been happier with the work they performed for me."
