He explained that they do not do any repairs unless they meet the plumbing code for this area. A vent for the pop off valve had never been installed and he informed us to meet code this would be necessary. We were given a written estimate and asked to sign if we agreed to have the work done. This was done for both our protections so there would not be any ad dons down the line. After we agreed the work was performed promptly the same afternoon. The job was done very professionally and the plumber Jay was great to work with. Although we though the cost was a little high I believe it was well worth the cost.
