We requested the work be done ASAP and his team delivered over the course of 3+ days, taking down 5 trees, yanking out ivy and weeds, building a bed and wall across the entire front of our house, adding dirt and mulch, planting new bushes and transplanting 2 more. His team also prepped and sodded a large section in front of the new beds. They met our ambitious deadline by a large margin. Highly recommend. We'll be doing more business in the future."

"From the start, Tom was very responsive and communicated very well.  He had great ideas for our yard but also listened to our ideas as well.  After coming up with a plan and a price estimate, we signed the contract and started finalizing the details. Tom really went the extra mile to make sure that the products we were choosing were what we wanted and even came back to the house multiple times to review details before ordering the stone.  One of the best things that Tom did was to show us how some different options would change the costs, because it let us choose which "extras" we wanted to pay extra for.   <br /> Once the materials arrived (the stone had to be custom ordered), the work was scheduled and started on time.  Tom and his crew were prompt and worked hard to get the job done once it was started.  There were a couple of very minor weather delays, but those were completely understandable given the rains we have had this spring, and Tom stayed in close communication the entire time. <br /> We will certainly use Signature Landscape Design again if we add more landscaping/hardscaping to the back yard in the future, and I will be recommending them to our friends and family as well."

"They did come out.  I wasn't that pleased or impressed to be honest with you because the guy they sent out he told me how to work my sprinkler system box, but he did not help me locate my sprinkler which was brand new to me.  I asked if a certain head needed adjusting and he said no.   So basically they just came out, turned my water on and showed me how to work the box.  But I was expecting more because when I talked to them, when I made the appointment I was told that they would show me where my sprinkler were and everything.  One area was just one sprinkler and I made a comment about that and he just hemmed and hawed and made an excuse, maybe the people who put the deck in took that sprinkler out.  I'm thinking they would take the sprinkler out.  So pretty much I am going to have to go back through the situation myself with the help of my sister and turn every cycle on and then just look and listen for bubbles to come up or whatever.  That's what I have to do.  But I wouldn't have them here again."
