My heater is a unique one as it doesn’t just heat my water but also my house, so they had to source it from out of state but they got me scheduled within a week to come back out and have everything replaced. The new heater came with manufactured defects, so they did another round trip out of state to get a replacement so I wouldn’t be without hot water or heat for more than a day. The guys were so kind, thorough, and professional. I can’t say wonderful things about them. I highly recommend them!"
