Troy took pictures of all affected areas, and even chalked them up for us. Following his inspection, Troy took the time to walk me through the pictures, explaining exactly what we were looking at. We are expecting a complete report with line by line defects and corresponding images so we can go back to our original contractor for remediation. If all contractors were as honest, and trustworthy as this group, it would make homeownership so much easier. My *only* regret, is that we didn't contact Troy to install this roof in the first place. A+ rating, and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Troy or his team to my closest friends and family."
