It went superbly.  Justin Stanly documented all the problems with digital photos when he did the initial estimate.  The team showed up on time, worked to get the roofing done in a single day and cleaned up after themselves.  When the initial water test showed a smaller leak remaining as a result of the poorly installed siding (done years ago), John took it as a personal affront and went out of his way to remove the siding and reseal the backing and all the J Channels.  There is no more leak and the work looks wonderful.

"This project went very well. When our old shower was removed, the contractor discovered not only a hidden old stairway, but a leak from the floor above. Accessing it to repair was difficult, but it and a second leak were remedied and a disaster averted. Installation of the new shower was demanding, as like all old houses, ours has its quirks and odd measurements and angles. The remodeling---a new shower, removal of an old tub and installation of new cabinetry---was excellent. MJL's Mike Laudicina and every one of his helpers did meticulous work. Although we were told the installation was scheduled for two days, the four man crew that arrived was able to finish in a single day!
