"Dani is great to work with. I have thrown so many things for her to do. Always able to get it done with great attention to all her projects. Dani has rebuilt my mudroom, put in doors, window, flooring. As I write this she is building me a bedroom in the basement. The screened in porch was built but she did the finish word. Putting up walls, making the screen to go in the windows. She has made wooden doors for 2 different places of the house. Excellent with a 10 not being high enough."

"I don?t usually write reviews like this, but I had to for Top Notch Construct, LLC. We had luxury vinyl flooring put in throughout our living room, kitchen, and hallway?and the first time I walked in after they finished, I honestly just stood there for a minute taking it all in. It didn?t even feel like the same house. Everything looked so clean, open, and put together in a way it never had before. The living room feels warmer and more inviting now, the kitchen looks brighter, and the way everything flows together just makes the whole space feel bigger. It?s one of those changes you don?t realize you needed until you see it done right. What really meant a lot to me was how easy they made everything. They listened, they cared, and you could tell they actually wanted it to come out perfect?not just ?good enough.? The attention to detail shows everywhere you look. And the best part? Walking in that night when it was all done, no mess, no stress?just brand new floors that completely c"

"He was fantastic to work with and very professional and completed the work in less than 7 hours."

"Shane finished up with my project (painting my daughterâ s room as well as a few other areas on the interior of my house) almost a full day ahead of schedule. Which was great because I am used to being told an estimated time for completion but then having the contractors not be finished in time and more often than not far exceed the overall estimate in general. I was there working on my own things I had to do for most of the time while he was working and I have to say the man is a very hard worker who takes pride in his work and it really shows. I would recommend him 10/10 times for any sort of one man paint jobs, he just does great work and I like that he actually takes pride in what he does plus he is fast. Thanks again Shane your hard work is much appreciated!"

"Everything went wonderfully with this company.  They were very professional, listened to exactly what my problem was, and explained to me how they were going to diagnose the problem and/or solve it before doing any actual work.  Once they started, the team (three people came) worked together like a well-oiled machine.  One was in the room with diagnostics, one was at the fuse box looking for possible problems there, and the third went into the crawlspace beneath our house to look at the physical wiring.  Once the problem was found (there was a faulty wire beneath the house that had come loose from the junction box), it was fixed and tested within minutes and another full diagnostic was done to make sure there were no other possible issues.  They cleaned up after themselves very neatly.  They also replaced the light switch with a dimmer switch at no extra cost!  Well within my budget, and came in even lower than their original (FREE) estimate!  I would highly recommend this company to anyone in the Bergen County area.

"David was timely and professional. He was able to help me out with some minor home repairs for a reasonable price.. He was friendly and upfront about pricing. I will most definitely be hiring him again. I can't recommend him enough!"

"We just can't say enough in praise of John Cole of Backdraft Custom Build. Our experience with him was excellent and wholly successful. He arrived on time, he worked hard, he worked quickly and with confidence that experience brings. He has all the tools and he knows how to use them. No matter what curves the job presents, he knows how to navigate them. He quotes a price the average working family can afford, and he sticks to it. He's a nice guy, he's polite and easy to get along with. He makes the entire process a breeze for the customer. My wife and I were stressed out about our project. We worried about price, materials, time and having a stranger in our home. But these worries disintegrated with the professional service John provided. These days a lot of contractors have the "you need me more than I need you" attitude, and the bloated price tag to go with it. We are so happy to report none of that with Backdraft Custom Build. We have found our "go to" contractor and we will give him all our work projects moving forward. We'll never call any other builder again. Does your family have a building project you need done? We are proud to wholeheartedly recommend this talented craftsman to all our friends and neighbors. You will be delighted with John Cole from Backdraft Custom Build!
