She handled everything and made it so easy for me. Her guys came out and had one side of the old roof off in about 8 minutes! These guys are NOT slackers... they mean business!! They worked hard and fast! They were even willing to work New Years day! After seeing how hard and fast they worked on the garage, I told them there was no rush, and to please take the day off! But you better believe they showed up the next business day ready to start on my house! My house has never looked better! Amazing quality, great color! The darker roof makes the red brick pop! "After calling several roofing companies for pricing and availability, I scheduled a roof maintenance service with Southern Strong because they offered the best price AND could accommodate my schedule. The very next day, Wade arrived promptly, inspected my roof, and then showed me photos as he explained the situation: the flashing around the exhaust fan (as well as other places) was not properly sealed, and there were several exposed nails and penetrations. After he caulked the exposed nails and re-secured the headwall flashing, he showed me photos of the completed work. He said that if that these repairs didn't solve the problem, he would recommend replacing the flashing and the affected shingles.
