"Environmental Testing & Research Laboratories, Inc. sent a package with 2 vials and instructions for collecting the samples.  I collected the samples as instructed, completed a questionnaire, and returned the sample vials as instructed.  A week or two later they sent the analysis.  Everything went as expected.  There were no problems. <br />"

"Initially contacted Swell Plumbing. Talked to plumber's wife. Scheduled a date and time approximately 2-weeks out. The morning of the appt, I received a call from the wife stating the plumber would not be there that day as there was an emergency. I explained that I was only in town for a couple of days and that I had made the appointment far enough in the future that I expected my appointment date to be honored. The wife became defensive and told me to and quot;deal with it.and quot; She then hung up. <br /> Later that day the plumber stopped by the house and apologized that he was unable to do the work that day, that he had gotten backlogged and had to finish prior jobs. He was so nice, that I immediately forgot about the earlier rude phone conversation with the wife and he agreed to come by the next morning very early. <br /> He did come as promised the next day and did excellent work for a reasonable price. Based on this plumber's personality and professional conduct, I would use him again. <br /> I don't know if his wife had a bad day or what -- I can sort of understand that she is protective of her husband, but she is hurting his business by being gruff.
