"I've had a problem with water in my ceiling for a long time and assumed it was the roof. I've had my builder and another roofer fix the problem but it kept coming back. Today, Zach from Van Martin came out to look at the issue. After climbing on the roof and inspecting the area, he said the roof looked fine from above. He then looked in the attic and determined that the problem was not the roof and suggested I obtain HVAC services to look at the plumbing in the attic. I'm really grateful that he didn't just assume it was a problem with the vent stack. Customer Service was quick and effortless and there was no charge for coming out to look at it . I'd definitely use them again."

He was there on the installation and came afterward to verify all work and cleanup. The workers were on time and did a fabulous job. The process was good. They did not damage anything on the property while tear of existing roof. The roof now has new boards that needed to be replaced. The workers stayed all day until it was done snd cleaned up everything. Very good job! Good pricing and completed on time."

"This repair was not easy to diagnose but Shawn who was sent out did not give up found the problem and fixed it. The leak was several years after the roof was installed and the leak was small. Turns out the water was leaking between the shingle and the plywood so not visible from the attic . Great company and response to my problem . Thank you tony and Shawn."

The roof was done in one which was awesome, but I am still waiting on gutters a week later and won't be given a day/time for them. Just keep being told "early next week" or "tomorrow".
