Called Tim on a Thursday an said they could do it the next day Friday. Tom came out an completed the project. We are extremely happy with the work he completed for us. We’re happy the a company like Tri State took such a small job for us when others wouldn’t. The cost was right on with no other hidden fees. "Matt came to our house to check on a leak. While on the roof, he noticed several potential issues and even pointed out that the prior roof work was basically amateur. The tiles were not overlapping or nailed properly. After a long discussion he offered to fix the leak, and several bad spots, or do the whole roof. His friendly attitude and professionalism made the decision easy. He would complete whatever choice we made, to our satisfaction.
