Changing 1968 Electrial Panel: He stated it was working fine and don't change it unless I was rewiring the whole house or the panel needed repair. <br /> 2. The furnace was not heating the house fast enough after being away: He checked the furnace and said it was fine and the heating was dependent on how low we left the temperature. <br /> <br /> Tony emailed his estimate and I arranged a date and time to have things installed. I found Tony very responsible, informative and fair. His work is well done and he goes the extra mile to see that it is done correctly. I would not hesitate to have him do major remodels or repairs."

"The project was to paint a steel exterior door, one side. I had the paint, but it was latex and I was told that they preferred not to use latex on a steel door. They used their own paint. Job was good and done in a timely manner. However, after about a month, the paint was still soft and was sticking to the weather striping. I called and was told that sometimes "latex" paint took a while to dry. Latex? I thought they were not going to use latex. It is now December and the paint is still soft & tacky. They have agreed to repaint the door, but I did not want to be without a door in sub-freezing weather. They say they will repaint it in the Spring. We will see how that goes and I will follow-up the review."

"We received estimates from three gutter companies and like the response of Miguel the best. He came to the house looked at the problem gave us the bid and we said can you do it now and he did. While on the back of the house gutter he noticed the drain was clogged so he cleaned it.  He also noticed a broken tile on the roof and fixed it. We would certainly use and recommend them to anyone. We had to have Miguel come back out for a small issue and he fix it without issue."

The pull strings on both were broken, and the locking mechanism on one (the long $300 one) was broken by the renters. Roy set an appointment with me, showed up on time, took the blinds with him, and did the repairs.  He replaced the broken parts, put a new/used headrailon one, restrung them, and delivered them ahead of the estimated delivery date.  In addition, he was able to locate some mounting brackets for other blinds I had.  I would not hesitate to call him again. <br />"
