"Came out quickly to estimate and very fair pricing, no pressure or trying to expand the scope beyond what was necessary at this moment. Once agreed, came out to repair before the next rain was due. Found all areas with potential for leaks from nail pops and remediated these. I asked about potential to check the roof periodically for these type of issues given the shingles have maybe 5 to 10 years of additional life and I plan to have him out again.
