"We had Ini and his team come in to finish a project that another contractor vanished on about 1/3 of the way in. He arrived on time to provide a quote and was professional and caring to the needs of the client. His subcontractor Carlos exemplified the same qualities and they both worked with us to overcome many obstacles and complete the project within the short time frame we had. They both knew it is our first home and wanted to make sure our experience was positive, especially after the bad luck we were having with other contractors. The completed work was great. We used the same flooring as the previous owners to redo the bedrooms and in my opinion the installation is much higher quality than what the previous owners had done with the rest of the home. Ini and Carlos were honest, friendly and we will be recommending them to whoever we know needs flooring work done and calling them back for any of our future work!"

"Fantastic job. Very helpful in determining best finish and plan. Able to work around our timeline. Prompt and careful work done. Also able to refinish some old water damage and matched existing stairs (not being refinished). Floors look beautiful and brand new!"

"Great job, super responsive, and did a great job cleaning up after the project!"

"M&D Property Solutions did a great job at installing a Radon mitigation system for us. Braden was awesome to work with! All done in one day and completely satisfied with it. I would definitely recommend!"

"We had carpet replaced in three bedrooms and hallway. From start to finish, sales to installation, everything went without a hitch. The sales manager helped us pick just the right flooring and the installation team did an excellent job. The floors are just beautiful and everyone was very professional and a pleasure to work with."

"Called Ioan (John) on 8/28, he came out to look at the problem and give me a quote on 9/1. He and his crew were at the house the next morning at 9AM and worked until about 7PM with only a brief stop for lunch. The crew came back at 9AM the following morning to buff out the first finish coat they had put down the previous afternoon and put down the final finish coat. Ioan thought the job might take three days, it took far less than two and looks fantastic. The crew covered up everything they could draped plastic over the door openings and did their very best to clean up after themselves, they were extremely nice and very efficient. Yes, we got some dust that we had to vacuum but it was not bad and far-far less than our previous experience."

"We couldn’t be happier with our new flooring! From start to finish, the entire job was done wonderfully. The workmanship was excellent, everything was done with great attention to detail, and the finished floors look absolutely beautiful. Will worked hard, he was professional, and took pride in making sure everything was done right. The difference in our home is incredible—it looks completely transformed! We highly recommend will to anyone looking for quality flooring work. Beautiful work, excellent service, and a job truly well done"

"The job went well from initial conversation to site clean up. This guy is very thorough and detail oriented. Kudos for the kitchen transformation."

"The AD Golden Group did an amazing job on my bathroom renovation. They were professional, on time, and the cost was reasonable. They also helped us choose a design that fit our needs. I highly recommend them."

"Had work done by Joe last August, but just joined Angie's List and felt compelled to write a review due to such a positive experience.  Worked with Tina to get the estimate and she was beyond responsive and helpful; answering many questions I had completely and quickly.  Joe came over right when scheduled and knocked out our floors in about 2 days.  We thought there was no way he could get it all done in the time frame he suggested (2-3 days) but he exceeded expectations.  Work was flawless and the finished product really transformed the feel of our house.  We could not be happier with the cost, responsiveness, and craftsmanship provided by Burgess Flooring.
